How to workout without negative impact on your cardio-vascular system.

In this thread I'll try to do my best to uncover all hurdles on the way to healthy cardio-vascular system while keeping fit through workout.

Being persuasive is the key feature to reach your goal of having healthy cardio-vascular system
First off, start with a single session of workout like pull-ups or push-ups. Then determine what a minimum amount of pull-ups or push-ups you want to start from. Keep in mind that the lesser you start the better it is not only for your training future results but for the health of your heart as well.
Change your life drastically regarding sleep deprivation and eating habbits.
We are what we eat - less simple carbohydrates, more fruits and vegetables, decent amount of water and no fresh juices at all. Fish instead of meat like pock or turkey. Remember about cholesterol level - not that, you see in the list under normal amount Tab but way lesser. I mean 3.5-4.0 mmol/l.
